A German-Polish man has been arrested in Dortmund, Germany, on suspicion of encouraging attacks on politicians and offering rewards for their execution, according to federal prosecutors. The suspect, identified only as Martin S. due to German privacy laws, allegedly posted instructions on the darknet for making explosives and collected cryptocurrency donations to fund such attacks.

Prosecutors also claim that the man published a list of politicians and public figures, including their personal details, along with self-made "death sentences" for the targets.
The suspect faces charges of financing terrorism, inciting violence to undermine the state, and distributing personal information in a dangerous manner. He was detained on Monday and is scheduled to appear before the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe on Tuesday, where a decision will be made regarding his detention before a possible trial.
